Andrea Imafidon

A true visionary, she give birth to ideas, aha moments and help tap into untapped potential. Andrea's vision is to see every woman successful, take ownership of her greatness, and embracing their F.L.Y (First Loving Yourself). Andrea Imafidon spent over 8 years as a Clinical Social Worker, Therapist, Clinician and Director of Social Services within urban and rural nonprofits. 
Shea realize that she had more to offer than clinical skills, grant writing and non-profit management skills. In 2014, Andrea pursued her life's passion and purpose of becoming a Certified Personal Development Coach through the CaPP Institute. 

Andrea C. Imafidon is the brain child behind Brown Girl From Boston. Andrea is a proud Bostonian who is the author behind Brown Girl From Boston. She started Brown Girl From Boston in an effort to provide a voice, hope and empower women of ethnic diversity globally. She also coaches and help empower women of ethnic diversity especially those who are "sick and tired of being sick and tired" in their personal and professional and is willing to take the risk to heal and grow.

Andrea began leading women empowerment events in 2009 through educating and empower women of ethnic diversity to embrace their skin and hair texture. By 2013, she started speaking at women empowerment conferences and coached many women to pursue their life's passion and purpose, living life loudly, boldly and fearless while being unapologetic and starting/restarting their business in a simple, smart and savvy manner.
