Betsy Styron

Betsy Styron is the President and CEO of the Center for Applications of Psychological Type (CAPT). As CAPTs leader Betsy is the principle keeper of the flame in carrying on the work of Isabel Myers (author of the MBTI instrument) and Mary McCaulley, the founders of CAPT. Betsy has many years of experience in using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator assessment, and she is a member of CAPTs board of directors, as well as the boards of the MBTI Trust and the Myers & Briggs Foundation.
