Cass Chapman, a London-born journalist, can now be found in deep Dorset, living happily by the sea. After studying in the US, writing a book in Barcelona, and freelancing on all things Spain from Madrid, she is back in the UK, writing for a variety of publications including Elle, GQ, Conde Nast Traveller.com, Vogue, Glamour, The Telegraph and the Independent, to name but a few. Her main areas of interest are food, travel, fashion and photography. When not buzzing about town between work meetings, she can be found cycling in the gorgeous Isle of Purbeck.
