Chef Susan Irby

Susan Irby, the Bikini Chef is known for her figure flattering flavors which are highlighted with recipes in her book, Substitute Yourself Skinny (Adams Media, 2010). Chef Irby hosts The Bikini Lifestyle on KFWB News Talk 980, Los Angeles, of which recent guests have included celebrity chefs. She teaches her trademark bikini cuisine for Gelsons markets, Whole Foods, Sur La Table, and Los Angeles Unified School District Nutrition in the Schools program. Trained in Florence, Italy, Chef Irby has cooked for celebrities such as Billy Bush, Patrick Swayze, David Spade, and Kate Sagal and with Chefs Ming Tsai, and Rocco DiSpirito.
