Deirdre still can't believe SheKnows pays her to do what she loves. She began telling stories before she could even write. Once someone gave her a pen, there was no prying it away; so a degree in journalism was the only thing that made sense. These days, very few things compare to how much she loves writing, but music, boys and traveling come close. Her favorite memories usually involve a combination of all four. When shes not "working," she reads war books, swoons over Don Draper, watches West Wing or entertains friends with her wildly inappropriate musings.
