Gail Dosik

Born with a sweet tooth of epic proportions, Gail Dosik gave up her career in designer women's fashions to study pastry arts at The French Culinary Institute in Soho, New York. Upon graduating at the top of the class, she took her apron and her kitchen clogs and went to work for several noted bakers in the city. The more she learned from others, the more she realized that she had to follow her own passion. One Tough Cookie jumped out of the mold and said, "I'll make my own dough!"Everything she bakes is incorporated with cookies and custom designed. Her treats are so delicious!
