Jacqueline Burt Cote is a writer and mother-of-three whose work has appeared in such publications and outlets as Salon, Parents, Bon Appetit, Details, The Huffington Post, The New York Post, The Stir and many others. She's also the author of "Fast and Fresh Baby Food Cookbook: 120 Ridiculously Simple and Naturally Wholesome Baby Food Recipes" (though she has been known to feed her own babies from jars!).
