Julia Pelly

Julia Pelly graduated from Guilford College in Greensboro, NC with a BA in sociology and anthropology and, after a brief stint living in the mountains and working in youth services, returned to school. In 2013 she graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA, with a masters in public health with a focus on maternal and child health.
