I have been blogging since 2003 and currently is the social media director at one of the leading web design agencies in NC. I was a top 5 finalist in the 2015 & 2012 Shorty Awards for "Parent in Social Media" as well as in the running in 2013 and 2014. I founded the site Ten to Twenty Parenting: A site exclusively for the parents of teens and tweens. I am a frequent speaker on the topic of parenting the digital generation and will present my first TEDx talk on the topic in spring of 2016!
Parenting with more humor than patience, my ultimate goal is to get all 3 out of the house without the use of force or therapy. After a 7 year stint outside of Philly, we currently reside in the beautiful state of NC. I've been blogging since 2003 but apparently there are a few missing years that I can't locate or remember and my red hair gives me super powers.
The only babies I write about are how to avoid having one (or my beautiful nieces..). You'll hear about the fun and excitement of having 2 teens and 1 tween under one roof. I am as far from Junior League material as they get and have been banned from ever running for a spot on the PTA because I don't own pearls, matching cardigan sets and I hate Lillie Pulitzer.
