Marianne Glaeser is a passionate Mid-life Coach with a background in counselling. Her task is to support her clients from around the globe to understand and embrace the gifts mid-life provides. She offers online support groups for parents to stay connected to their teenage kids and organises Sisterhood Retreats for women, aiming to create the perfect atmosphere for each one to find their midlife-vision, a vision worth living for.

Marianne has been writing since she was able to assemble letters to words. She loves to share her colourful life and insights and relishes in others doing the same. Her belief that we are all wired for connection is one of her guiding principles. She has come to appreciate the key role of forgiveness in the process of inner healing, which she found confirmed by the results of her Master's thesis on “What does it take to let go”.

Living in sub-Saharan Africa for 15 years and in Asia for 2 years has turned her from an Austrian into more of a global citizen. For years Marianne focused on relationship- and trauma counselling in her private practices, worked with victims of torture, rape, sex-trafficking and with traumatised slum-kids. This breadth of experiences and the variety of cultures and life-perspectives she has been privileged to witness have shaped her deeply. Her conviction that a genuine smile is the alpha and omega of our collective messaging is at her core.

Marianne is a mother to 3 beautiful sons and a wife to her husband of nearly 30 adventurous years. Presently she lives in Rome/ Italy.
