Viktorija Todorovska is a food and wine writer and educator passionate about helping cooks of all experience levels explore food through simple combinations of high-quality ingredients. She studied Italian cooking at Apicius, the International School of Hospitality in Florence, Italy. Viktorijas first cookbook, The Puglian Cookbook: Bringing the Flavors of Puglia Home, was published by Surrey Books in April 2011. Viktorija also leads wine tastings and classes, making topics such as wine styles, food pairings and choosing the correct wine easy to understand. She is an accredited Sommelier (International Sommelier Guide), French Wine Scholar (French Wine Academy), and Certified Specialist of Wine (Society of Wine Educators).
