5 Canadian jewellery shops on Etsy we love

We could spend hours poring over the pretty things on Etsy. If, however, you don’t have time, here are five of our favourite jewellery shops on the Etsy marketplace — and they’re right from Canada.

As much as we love trying things on and touching the merchandise, there’s something so pleasing about perusing gorgeous accessories on Etsy. Then, with a few quick clicks of the mouse, it arrives on your doorstep — a little (or not so little!) present to unwrap, either for you or a friend. Here’s a roundup of some of our favourite jewellery shops on Etsy — all from Canada.

Our mission at SheKnows is to empower and inspire women, and we only feature products we think you’ll love as much as we do. Please note that if you purchase something by clicking on a link within this story, we may receive a small commission of the sale.

Colleen Baran

We love the simple, clean aesthetic of Colleen Baran‘s collection — these are pieces you can easily wear day in and day out. The items are made with recycled silver, with a focus on eco-friendly practices. Our favourites include the thin, curved two-finger ring (so delicate and unfussy) and the floating saucer ring (wear that and you’ll surely get lots of compliments).

Vitrine

When we’re looking for something with gemstones and birthstones, our first stop is Vitrine. These sparkly, wire-wrapped pieces make fantastic gifts. Don’t feel obligated to stick to someone’s birthstone — after all, the citrine earrings, technically for November birthday girls, would look great on anyone this spring. For something with a more rock-n-roll feel, the AAA Pyrite necklace with metallic sparkle dewdrop is a must.

Kate Szabone Jewellery

For some showstopping baubles, look no further than Kate Szabone Jewellery. It’s where we go when we’re looking to really treat ourselves (we’re saving our pennies for that vintage petal diamond ring) or just for a quick pick-me-up. With designs inspired by nature — feather and wreath shapes feature in her designs — the jewellery adds a feminine touch to any look.

Foe and Dear

For a more street-chic edge, head to Foe and Dear for some charming necklaces — we particularly like the Bones (featuring a skull) and Whistler (featuring a working whistle — chic and functional!). To add to your don’t-mess-with-me look, pull on the Spike bracelet, which features not only a one-inch spike but also a tiny brass bullet.

Made by Sam

For truly sweet, personalized jewellery, you must visit Made by Sam. Ideal for everyone from your mom to your best friend or bridesmaids, these feminine, delicate designs will be ones you’ll treasure forever. Our favourite items include the three gold-rim discs (two-tone, so versatile and perfect for both the silver- and gold-wearing people in your life) and the personalized starfish necklace.
