Emerald of
our eye

Pantone named emerald green the color of 2013, so when I found out that Deborah Lippmann was releasing a limited edition emerald polish, I couldn’t wait to test it! Find out how it worked.

Name this product:

Deborah Lippmann Laughin’ to the Bank (deborahlippmann.com, $17)

What the product claims to do:

This shimmery green polish is part of Deborah’s limited edition fall 2013 collection Jewel Heist.

How it worked for me:

The color went on easily and smoothly and dried quickly, which is always a plus!

How this product looks and feels:

This emerald is a deep rich hue, and it shines beautifully when it catches the light.

What I liked about this product:

As with all of Deborah’s polishes, I love the size of the brush applicator. It’s just small enough to ensure you get a close coat on all of your nails without smudging.

I would recommend this product for:

Women who want to get in on the emerald trend this year without committing to buying clothes or accessories in the hue.
