Celebrities, they’re just like us. Except for the fact that when they wear a god-awful outfit the whole world is talking about it. Yikes. Take a style note from these celebs on what not to wear at a music festival.

Kendall & Kylie Jenner’s goth getups at Coachella

Coachella stirs up images of flirty fringe bags, cute crop tops, bold, bright maxi dresses and basically all things happy. And while it’s certainly a time to dress out of the ordinary, it definitely ain’t Halloween. Sorry, Kendall and Kylie. The two, typically fashionable sisters decided to channel their inner goth and/or witch for the second day of the festival, decking themselves out in scary all-black outfits that had to have made them hot as Hades. Kendall looked like she was seriously about to put a hex on someone in her long black lace kimono. Kylie, on the other hand, just looked like her evil twin sister ready to cast a spell at any moment. I mean, honestly, who wears black flowers to Coachella?
Ashton Kutcher’s Farmer John overalls at Stagecoach

We totally get that overalls are back in style now, but sorry Ashton Kutcher, your Farmer John versions are definitely not doing it for us. First of all, the fit is absolutely horrid. Add on some cowboy boots, a cowboy hat, blue bandana and a white muscle tee and you’ve got a recipe for honky-tonk fashion disaster. Remember: just because it’s a country music festival doesn’t mean you have to show up looking like you arrived straight off the farm. Now, Andre 3000’s workman overalls he rocked with a hoodie underneath at Coachella? Those were dope.
Nicky Hilton’s trend-heavy ensemble at Coachella

From the fishtail braid and fringe bag to the mirrored sunglasses and easy-breezy frock, Nicky Hilton proves that trying to combine too many festival fashion trends into one outfit doesn’t always work out. It just makes her look sloppy. Not only that, but her entire ensemble is so matchy-matchy that all of the blues kind of blend together and wash her skin tone out. Take away the headband and add a smaller, neutral-colored handbag and this outfit wouldn’t be so bad.
Lindsay Lohan’s Club-Ready Outfit at Coachella

Two years ago Lindsay Lohan showed up to Coachella looking like she was ready to break it down on the dance floor in a skin-tight mini dress paired with platform booties. We get that it’s a music festival and all girl, but do you know how bad your feet are going to be hurting after fighting your way through the crowds all day and walking from stage to stage? Our advice: Leave the platform pumps and club-ready dress at home next time. Opt for booties with a small chunky heel and a flowier frock instead. Or heck, try flats.
P. Diddy & Cassie’s sports jerseys at Coachella

There’s a time and a place for sports jerseys, and sadly, Coachella isn’t one of them. P. Diddy and his fiancee Cassie looked pretty out of place at the popular music festival this year, sporting coordinating jerseys styled with sneakers and a bit of bling. The fact that they are totally matching makes both ensembles that much worse. These two definitely aren’t getting our vote for best-dressed.
