• Eyeshadow Primer Potion (Urban Decay, $10-20)

• Electric Eel eyeshadow (MAC Cosmetics, $15)

• Lucky Green eyeshadow (MAC Cosmetics, $15)

• Blacktrack Fluidline (MAC Cosmetics, $16)

• Ardell eyelashes (Ardell, $3-6)

• Creme d’Nude lipstick (MAC Cosmetics, $15)

• BH Cosmetics Lime Green Glitter (BH Cosmetics, $4)

Instructions:

t Step 1: Start with a primed eyelid. Use a pencil brush to apply a royal blue on the inner lid, outer lid then connect with the crease.

t Step 2: Use a clean fluffy brush to blend out any harsh edges.

t

t Step 3: Apply blue right below the lashes on the outer and inner lid.

t

t

t Step 4: Use a dense shader brush to apply a line green color on the center of the lid, do the same for the lower lid.

t Step 5: Pat the lime green glitter over the green shadow with a wet brush and allow it to dry.

t

t

t Step 6: Line the water line with black liner, and create a cat-eye liner shape to give the illusion of the eye extending out.

t Step 7: Apply your favorite mascara, some false lashes and the look is complete. Use a nude lipcolor to let the eyes stand out.

t

t Tip: wipe off the excess when the look is complete to give it a sharp edge. Then clean up any mistakes by covering with concealer for a more polished look.
