There are several elements to this dress that really take it from cute to epic. First, the pleats. They’re girly but not overkill, and they even extend to the short sleeves. Second, the crisp, demure collar. It adds a touch of flirty sophistication, don’t you think? Finally, this dress is perfect parts sheer and covered up, and aren’t we all searching for the perfect sheer but not too sheer dress? Keira accessorized her look with a beaded blue clutch, metallic silver pumps and an airy crown braid.
The final verdict? Has there ever been a more perfect blue dress? We think not, and we’re simply dying to get our hands on this one.

Work it, girl. Kerry Washington showed off her post-baby body at this week’s BET Awards in a strapless floral fit and flare dress. The new mom (who’s been rocking an amazing glow lately) looked lovely as she posed for photos on the red carpet.

Kerry’s character on Scandal is known for her sophisticated business attire, but in real life the actress doesn’t shy away from a fashion risk, bold prints especially. With any strapless dress, proportions are important — you don’t want to reveal too much, after all — and Kerry’s knee-length dress shows off just enough skin. An unexpected pair of white pointy pumps looked pretty amazing against the rainbow of colors, and a boxy emerald green clutch blended into the print beautifully.
The final verdict? With all eyes on her printed frock, Kerry kept her beauty look fairly simple, opting for loose curls and a natural glow. Looking stunning, lady.
