Zoe Saldana looked every bit the Avatar vixen in this super chic ensemble. It works off of basics but adds in ultra glamorous accessories; steal this look to add instant style to pieces you probably already own.
Shirt:
Start this look off with a simple solid black top with three quarter length sleeves. If you need one on a budget, scope out basic discount chains such as Walmart or Target. Or try Chico’s Lakota ¾ Sleeve Tee ($14.99 on sale from $32) or Victoria’s Secret Boatneck Tee ($19.50 or two for $25), which is also available in black.
Jeans
For your jeans, raid your closet for your skinniest pair of jeans in a slimming dark wash. Looking for a new pair? Check out Delia*s Taylor Low-Rise Super Skinny Overdye Jean ($14.99 on sale from $49.50) or Grane Juliette Electrifying Stretch Skinny Jeans from Macy’s ($19.99). Old Navy also has a great selection of inexpensive jeans. Be sure to keep your eyes open for their blockbuster denim sales.
Shoes
Lengthen your legs with some chic black T-strap sandal heels. Like many of the other items in this outfit, these shoes are a stylish and basic piece that will work with many other ensembles, so if you don’t already own a pair, they are well worth the investment. Michael Antonio’s Tipper T-Strap Platform Sandal ($34.95 at DSW.com) and Kelly & Kate’s Sophia T-Strap Platform Sandal ($49.95 at DSW.com), also available in black, both have sultry sky-high stiletto heels. Or for the not-as-sure-footed, try a T-strap sandal with a wedge heel instead.
Scarf:
Perhaps the trendiest piece of Zoe’s outfit is her chic cheetah print scarf. If you want one with a similar pattern, check out The Limited’s Mixed Print Cheetah Scarf ($29.50). However almost any large scarf with an interesting print will fit the bill. The size of the scarf is most important. Make sure yours is large enough so you can wrap it loosely like Zoe for that casual chic look.
Bag:

Almost any solid black bag will work, but try to keep it on the smaller size. A bulky bag would disrupt the long, lean line that characterizes Zoe’s aesthetic here.
