For something a little cheaper that you can find at your drugstore, you can’t go wrong with Maybelline’s gel eyeliner. This waterproof liner lasts and lasts…up to 24 hours. For intense, dramastic color their Blackest Black is one of the best out there. And at just under ten bucks, the price can’t be beat.
