Justin Bieber hits a new low — and there’s video proof!

Justin Bieber is Canadian — and was born in 1994 — but he’s apparently still really upset with President Bill Clinton for that whole Monica Lewinsky scandal. That’s the only reason we can deduct why he would throw a bunch of cleaning liquid on a photo of the former president while screaming “F*** Bill Clinton!”

Or, he was just drunk.

It all went down earlier this year at a club in New York City. According to TMZ, the Biebs and his pals were leaving a club through the kitchen when he decided to defile Clinton — and oh, pee in a bucket.

A video obtained by TMZ shows how Bieber and his pals concoct the brilliant plan to pee in a yellow mop bucket.

“That’s the coolest spot to piss,” one friend says. “You know, you’ll forever remember that.”

Let’s just hope the club’s cleaning team changed out the water before they scrubbed the floors.

Is the gross incident just another example of his race to a mental breakdown? Maybe. Then again, he’s 19 — and 19-year-olds do some really, really, really stupid things sometimes.

“I mess up sometimes. It’s part of growing up,” he told Us Weekly earlier this year of his increasingly erratic behavior. “I’m young and I want to have fun. I don’t think there is anything wrong with that.”

At least he didn’t pee in the Stanley Cup. The “Heartbreaker” singer made a stop to the Chicago Blackhawks’ locker room and was photographed touching the famous NHL champion trophy during the Chi-Town stop on his Believe tour.

This didn’t please die-hard ice hockey fans.

“Who the hell let Bieber touch the Stanley Cup? #whyyy #contaminated,” one tweeted.

“Justin Bieber go to touch the Stanley Cup. Disgrace to the game, to Chicago, and to humanity in general,” another tweeted.
