Who knew the apocalypse could be so funny? British director Edgar Wright and funnymen Simon Pegg and Nick Frost are holding a panel for The World’s End. They’re expected to bring out surprise guests and debut unseen footage from the film. This is the same trio that brought us Shaun of the Dead and HotFuzz. Expect hilarity to ensue. Next is the highly-anticipated RoboCop reboot. It’s the futuristic film that centers on a dead cop turned cyborg. The original is a cult classic and this version wants the same admiration. Hear from actors Joel Kinnaman, Abbie Cornish and Samuel L. Jackson along with director José Padilha for their presentation.

6

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 July 19

The gang has returned with a few new faces, including Oscar-winner Jamie Foxx. Andrew Garfield‘s Peter Parker has a rough ride ahead and attendees will get a sneak peek at his latest adventure. The Sony panel runs from 4:05 p.m. until 6:15 p.m. and takes place in Hall H.

7

Godzilla July 20

One of the scariest monsters of all time is back. It’s been 15 years since Hollywood last tackled Godzilla and this time they’re doing it right. The film is directed by Gareth Edwards and stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Ken Watanabe, Elizabeth Olsen,  Juliette Binoche, David Strathairn and Bryan Cranston. With a property this big, anything could happen. The Warner Bros. panel begins at 10: 45 a.m. in Hall H.

The Hunger Games:
Catching Fire
July 20

May the odds be in your favor for the Catching Fire panel. This will be one of the hardest ones to get into, but it’s worth it. Lionsgate is expected to premiere new footage from the sequel that stars Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson. Perhaps we’ll get a good look at Sam Claflin as Finnick Odair? Fingers crossed! The panel begins at 1:35 p.m. in Hall H.

9

Thor: The Dark World
July 20

You can’t have Comic-Con without superheroes. That’s why Marvel Studios is bringing out two of its biggest films. They’ll kick things off with Thor: The Dark World, which stars Chris Hemsworth and Tom Hiddleston. The hot Australian and British actors are expected to show up and bring some surprises with them. The panel starts at 6 p.m. in Hall H.

10

Captain America: The Winter Soldier July 20

Next year, Chris Evans will reprise his role as Steve Rogers aka Captain America. Marvel will use this panel to not only promote the sequel but also the upcoming releases. Last year, they gave the audience a taste of Ant-Man. What could happen this time? We’re hoping for a peek at Guardians of the Galaxy. The panel is in Hall H and immediately follows Thor: The Dark World.
