Paparazzi captured Jesse Eisenberg and Mia Wasikowska’s adorable PDA session this week in Toronto. Is this a summer fling or a long-lasting relationship?
Look who found love this summer!
The “I-can’t-keep-my-lips-off-of-you” kisses. The “you-are-better-than-Game-of-Thrones” stares. Geez, what’s in the water in Toronto? These photos are completely reminiscent of Rachel McAdams munching more on Ryan Gosling’s face than her breakfast while in their motherland back in the summer of ’08. (Hey girl, he did look good.)
Anyway, back to Jesse and Mia. In case you’re thinking, “Mia Wasi-who what?” here’s the Australian actress’s 15-second bio. Psst: It’s pronounced “vash-i-kovska”.
At 23, she’s six years Eisenberg’s junior and the two star in the upcoming film The Double. Once pursuing a professional ballerina career, Wasikowska switched lanes years ago to follow acting, ultimately landing the role of Alice in Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland and starring in 2011’s Jane Eyre.
Now, does this new showmance stand a chance at surviving past Labor Day — the equivalent of two-and-a-half years by Hollywood standards? Indeed. Why? They have three powerful things working in their hipster favor:
They’re low-key
Despite embodying the founder of Facebook on the big screen, Eisenberg isn’t likely to post, pin, tweet or even Instagram the sparkly side of his personal life.
Work won’t keep them apart
At least not while they have The Double to promote. Bring on the red carpet photos!
They’re just too stinkin’ cute together
News that George Clooney and Stacy Keibler officially split? Eye roll. But seeing these photos of Jesse Eisenberg looking like a head-over-heels love-struck teenager with puppy dog eyes? Insert swoon, butterflies and restored faith in Hollywood love.
