Kim Kardashian is the embodiment of the American Dream? Yes, according to her mother.
President Barack Obama might be worried about simmering tensions with Russian President Vladimir Putin, but he should probably be more worried about the wrath of someone on his home turf.

Momager extraordinaire Kris Jenner took President Obama to task Friday on her talk show Kris for some comments he made about baby North West’s parents.
“But partly, I think, there has also been a shift in culture. We weren’t exposed to the things we didn’t have in the same way that kids these days are,” Obama remarked to Kindle Singles editor David Blum last week, referring to how celebrity culture has skewed our view of the American Dream. “There was not that window into the lifestyles of the rich and famous. Kids weren’t monitoring every day what Kim Kardashian was wearing or where Kanye West was going on vacation and thinking that somehow that was the mark of success.”

Jenner didn’t like that at all.
“I find it so odd that he’s picking on Kim Kardashian and Kanye West,” Jenner said. “Well, Kanye West, first of all, doesn’t go on vacation. Ever.”
And her daughter is “the hardest-working young lady in the world,” according to Jenner. “She never sleeps; she never stops; she never slows down and works so hard for what she’s got.”
Jenner went on to say that West and Kardashian are the embodiment of the American Dream.

“It’s really great that people aspire to get a great job… but I wasn’t aware that you could only set the bar so high and that we could only dream so big,” she said. “I was taught: Dream big, work hard and you could have whatever you wanted.”
And having a sex tape doesn’t hurt either, apparently.
