Kourtney Kardashian hit with a paternity ultimatum

Recent allegations against Kourtney Kardashian have surfaced, with male model Michael Girgenti insisting that he is the father of her 3-year-old son Mason, and the claims won’t be going away any time soon…

Kourtney Kardashian has been suffering from a legal headache, following the allegations from male model Michael Girgenti that he is, in fact, the real father of her son Mason.

Girgenti has issued the reality TV star with a lawsuit, claiming that he had unprotected sex with her in March 2009 after they met at a photo shoot, after which the star gave birth to her little boy nine months later.

The male model had reportedly written an emotional letter to Kardashian, urging her to oblige with his request before he decided to move forward with the paternity suit.

According to Radar Online, the note read: “My attentions [sic] are not to hurt the family you’ve created with Scott. But at the same time, Mason deserves to know the truth.”

“I assure you I don’t take being a father lightly. I will be a great father to Mason.”

Girgenti added, “Please take this final request for a DNA test seriously because if you don’t, I will be forced to take legal action and sue.”

Girgenti is taking his allegations seriously and it does not appear that the lawsuit will be going away any time soon.

He has approached the Los Angeles County Superior Court last week in a bid to get joint custody and DNA tests for Kourtney Kardashian, her long-term boyfriend Scott Disick, and her 3-year-old son Mason.

However, the Keeping Up With the Kardashiansstar insists these allegations are completely false and there is no chance that Girgenti could be the biological father of her child.

Kardashian’s lawyer said the accusations were “preposterous and an outrageous lie.”

Adding to TMZ: “This individual has been selling false and fabricated stories to the tabloids for years about Kourtney Kardashian and her son, Mason. Scott Disick is Mason’s father.”

Girgenti first shed light on the fact that he believed he could be Mason’s father when he appeared on the cover of the March issue of In Touch Weekly. He told the magazine that he “began to wonder”if he was Mason’s dad after he “saw photos of him.”

We will have to wait until next month to hear the outcome of this case as that is when the hearing is set for.
