Michael Bublé and his actress wife have welcomed their first child into the world — and it’s a bouncing baby boy!
It’s a boy for Michael Bublé! The singing sensation welcomed his first child with wife Luisana Lopilato today and announced the news on Instagram.
“Overjoyed and filled with gratitude at the arrival of our son Noah Bublè,” he wrote. “Born this morning, August 27th at 2:26 am in Vancouver, Canada.”
The wee babe has a sweet pout and an impressive head of hair, much like both his parents.
The singer revealed earlier this year that his wife had a strange craving while pregnant.
“Some women crave pickles or ice cream. My wife wants blood sausages. Sausage made of congealed blood,” he told Entertainment Tonight in February. “And I promise you, she hated it her whole life and now she said, ‘Mike, I want some blood sausage,’ and it’s like, ‘What the hell?'”
He also revealed he plans to scale back his tour schedule to spend time with his family.
“I used to go for a month and a half or a month and then I would take a week off. And now the schedule is three weeks on, two weeks off,” he revealed.
“I just don’t want to look back and say, ‘God, I should have been there more,’ because I have a feeling that I’ll never look back and say, ‘Jeez, I should have worked more,'”
Bublé and his wife announced the pregnancy with a short video on Lopilato’s YouTube page back in January.
The couple later let fans know they were expecting a boy.
“We are so excited,” he told the New York Post. “We have just come from the hospital, and the sonogram was pretty clear, it’s a boy! We are thrilled.”
The happy couple met at a party after one of Bublé’s concerts in Lopilato’s home country of Argentina and wed in three separate ceremonies in 2011.
