We’re so excited to chat live with one of music’s top superstars Carly Rae Jepsen this Friday, Sept. 27, at 1 p.m. PST during a live Google Hangout.
The pop singer had the song of the summer back in 2012 with her hit “Call Me Maybe,” which spawned thousands of spoof videos on YouTube. Since then, Jepsen has toured the world with Justin Bieber, won an American Music Award for New Artist of the Year and was nominated for two Grammy Awards.
The Canadian songwriter is now tackling something a little different: The Little Mermaid. On Oct. 1, Disneyis releasing the Diamond Edition of the 1989 film. As a part of the celebration, the 27-year-old has recorded the iconic song “Part of Your World” with a whole new sound. In addition to the song, a music video with Jepsen will be included in the DVD extras.
