Jennifer Lopez is loving every minute of motherhood and was brought to tears when she recently shared an emotional story about her little son.
Jennifer Lopez may not be very lucky in the love department after three failed marriages and one high-profile failed engagement to Ben Affleck.
But there is one department that the “Hit the Floor” singer is excelling in and that’s motherhood, which is clearly evident by the way Lopez gushes about her twins Max and Emme.
Lopez has just signed on for another year as an American Idol judge and although it can be tough being a working mom, it appears the “Invading My Mind” singer has found the right balance.
Recently, after a long day of work, Lopez came home to her children only to be left in tears by a heartfelt note from her son Max, 5. The mom of two was so touched that she decided to share the beautiful note with her fans.
Posting a picture on Instagram last week, the beauty shared the loving message, which read, “I’ll luv you beyond forever mom (sic).”
The sweet message is truly treasured by the The Back-up Plan actress and she couldn’t help but gush about her tiny tot when she made an appearance — along with fellow American Idol judges Keith Urban and Harry Connick Jr. — on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Wednesday.
Lopez showed her emotional side on TV and revealed, “It just made my whole life. I’ll cry right now. Stop it! Oh, my God.”
“‘Beyond forever’ … that’s the line, that’s it. You know, I came home, and it was on my bed and then I opened it and just left it there. It was in a big manila envelope, a yellow envelope, and it said, ‘To mom, from Max.’ And I opened it, and I was like, ‘Oh my God.'”
It is always touching when we witness celebrities sharing emotion and it is clear that Lopez is loving every minute of motherhood. But her children are not the only good thing in her life right now. The Parker star has been enjoying a blossoming relationship with backup dancer Casper Smart for more than two years, and the pair appear to be very happy together.
Although, not even Lopez’s beau can come close to being the man she loves most in her life. She admitted, “My son, that’s the love of my life right there!”
