Justin Bieber doesn’t look too worried about his fate in a new mug shot released after his DUI arrest.
Justin Bieber’s mug shot has been released, and we’ve never seen someone so happy to be in jail before.
Bieber was arrested last night after he was busted for drag racing in Miami Beach, Florida. Cops popped him for a DUI charge after the singer admitted to drinking, smoking pot and taking an unnamed prescription drug.
He also was charged with resisting arrest, driving with an expired license and drag racing.
According to the police report, the star was extremely belligerent when he was pulled over, defiantly yelling, “Why the f*** are you doing this? What the f*** did I do? Why did you stop me?”
When the officer attempted a routine pat down, Bieber totally lost his mind. “I ain’t got no f***ing weapons, why do you have to search me? What the f*** is this about?” he said, according to the report.

Frankly, Bieber is lucky he didn’t get shot. The arresting officer says the star kept putting his hands in his pants pocket and removing them from the side of the car after being ordered to stay there.
The troubled star failed a field sobriety test and was taken to jail, where this unnervingly happy mug shot was taken.
Also arrested was rapper Khalil, who was racing against Bieber’s rented yellow Lambo in a red Ferrari. Bieber’s father Jeremy also was reportedly at the scene, and he not only helped facilitate the race by blocking off the residential street it occurred on, but he also was spotted partying with his young son at the SET nightclub earlier in the night.
The arrest only adds to the star’s current legal woes — he is facing felony charges in California after causing thousands of dollars worth of damage to his neighbor’s house by egging it.
UPDATE: Bieber’s bail has been set at $2500: $1000 for resisting arrest, $1000 for DUI and $500 for driving with a suspended license.
