That’s right, saucy ladies and gents — this S and M steamer of a movie will be in theaters on Valentine’s Day next year! To celebrate the tantalizing news, we have the very first movie poster to share with you.
It’s just the back of Christian Grey, but we’ll take what we can get. This very first movie poster shows Grey in his posh business suit, standing in front of a giant window and staring out over the city of Seattle.
The Space Needle stands off in the distance to the left, like some gigantic phallic symbol. It appears Christian’s hands are in his pockets, and our imaginations are running wild.

Of course, the poster is devoid of color — only shades of gray will do. The only caption reads, “Mr. Grey will see you now,” causing our temperature to rise in anticipation of sexy time with the biggest control freak we know — but love.
We’ve had some time to get over losing British hottie Charlie Hunnam (Sons of Anarchy) from the production. Of course, we’ll never get back the hours we spent rereading our favorite scenes from the book and imagining Hunnam as Grey, but that’s OK.
We also love Jamie Dornan, the debonair Irish lad from County Down, Northern Ireland. We adored him in all nine of his episodes of Once Upon a Time, and we have complete faith that he is ready for the big screen — and ready to play Christian Grey.
Dakota Johnson, daughter of Melanie Griffith and prince of the 1980s Don Johnson, has poise and beauty. Dakota was certainly cute on TV’s Ben and Kate, but does she have what it takes to be a star? Given her Hollywood lineage, stardom is probably in her genes. We just hope she keeps her performance real and balances her sexual desire with vulnerability.
So, every boyfriend and husband, take off your blindfold and read these words: You’ve been warned. You’ll be seeingFifty Shades of Grey on Valentine’s Day, 2015, like it or not. We think you’ll like it.
