Amy Poehler and Tina Fey will be back once again for Golden Globe Awards hosting duties! Until 2015, the ladies and other funny female friends will be swapping mom stories via text.
Amy Poehler and Tina Fey are not only awesome as hosts of the Golden Globe Awards, they’re the kind of mom-friends anyone would be lucky to have.
On the same day it was announced the Poehler-Fey funny train is due once again at the Golden Globes in 2015, quotes from the star’s interview with Ladies’ Home Journal have given fans insight into her social life.

“Most of the women in your life will outlast the men in your life,” the estranged wife of actor Will Arnett, seen here picking up their son Abel from school in Beverly Hills in mid-January, told the mag.
“The SNL ladies — Maya Rudolph, Rachel Dratch, Tina [Fey] — and I text pictures of our kids back and forth all the time. It keeps us connected,” Poehler added of how her busy group of famous friends stay close. “As my nanny used to say, the older you get, the more important it is to know people that knew you when.”
How does the mother of two get it all done? The real answer is, she doesn’t.
Sharing excellent advice she received via a therapist for prioritizing, the 42-year-old explained:
“I picture a refrigerator and on the refrigerator are six magnets. Each magnet says things like: relationship, kids, health, work, money, fun with friends — whatever. Every day you can really only put three magnets on the refrigerator. You’re not going to be able to use all of them. Like today is about my work, my children and my health. Then the week goes by and you’re like, ‘I haven’t used my ‘fun with friends’ magnet in weeks!’ So I try to approach it that way.”

Still, Poehler has a “shower bed” idea she thinks could speed chores up, leaving her just a skosh more free time.
“It’s a bed where you pull a cord and water pours down on you like you’re Jennifer Beals in Flashdance,” she explained. “So I save time wherever I can. I shower while I’m lying in my bed and I have robots pick out my clothes.”
