Robin Thicke reportedly canceled a pair of concerts to fly to Vancouver and plead with wife Paula Patton to try to save their marriage.
In a desperate effort to save his failing marriage to Paula Patton, Robin Thicke reportedly canceled two concerts to rush to Vancouver, Canada, and plead with his wife.
Sources in the know told TMZ that Patton informed Thicke on Friday she’d had enough of his antics and wanted to end the marriage. Then, in an effort to save his relationship, the singer canceled his shows in Orlando and Atlanta, telling fans he had throat problems.

Right after calling off the Atlanta show, Thicke flew to Vancouver, where Patton is currently filming a movie, to try to change her mind about the split. The longtime couple had a lengthy talk and realized that they were not getting along well lately and argued all the time.
Patton was set on ending things, so Thicke had no choice but to go along with her decision even though he did so reluctantly. After their heart-to-heart, the Blurred Lines singer flew back to Orlando, canceled his concert there and spent the day at Disney World with his and Patton’s 2-year-old son.

According to TMZ, the Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol star finally got fed up with her husband’s constant straying, being photographed grabbing another woman’s behind and getting cozy on the dance floor with another in Paris. Thicke’s MTV VMAs raunchy performance with Miley Cyrus didn’t help matters much either.
While Patton had repeatedly defended her husband’s recent behavior, chalking it up to it just being his job, it appears as if it was affecting their relationship all along. The couple’s comments on their love life and how great their marriage was seem to have been just a cover-up for the culminating problems that led to their eventual breakup.
