The new lineup for Dancing With the Stars has been revealed, and among the usual singers, actors and athletes, two Olympic gold medalists will be competing against each other instead of with each other for the first time in their lives.

Ice dancing champs Charlie White and Meryl Davis will battle it out on Season 18 of the hit dance competition after 17 years as a team.

“I think we’re excited for a little healthy competition,” Davis said on Good Morning America during the cast announcement.

The pair will be joined by former Full House star Candace Cameron Bure, Danica McKellar of The Wonder Years fame, Paralympic snowboarder and Amazing Race star Amy Purdy, pop star Cody Simpson, actor Billy Dee Williams, record-holding swimmer Diana Nyad, reality star NeNe Leakes, boy bander James Maslow, former NHL star-turned-model Sean Avery and The Price Is Right host Drew Carey.

The current dance pairings are Davis and Maksim Chmerkovskiy, White and Sharna Burgess, Purdy and Derek Hough, Simpson and Witney Carson, Williams and Emma Slater, Nyad and Henry Byalikov, Leakes and Tony Dovolani, Maslow and Peta Murgatroyd, Avery and Karina Smirnoff and Carey and Cheryl Burke.

But in a new twist, the couples will not stay together throughout the season — thanks to a vote from viewers, dancers will change partners in a new move called “The Switch Up.” The couples you see starting this season will not be the couples you see finishing it!

Watch the two-hour season premiere of Dancing With the Stars on Monday, March 17, at 8 p.m. EDT on ABC.
