Murphy, the bubbly actress who burst onto the scene in 1995 with the cult classic Clueless, died in December 2009 after collapsing in the Los Angeles home she and husband Simon Monjak shared. Although the cause of her death was ruled to be pneumonia coupled with anemia and drug intoxication, the circumstances seemed particularly suspicious following Monjack’s death five months later. Supposedly, Murphy’s dad had independent testing done on his daughter after her death, which determined she could have been killed by rat poison.
