Once simply a beautiful young woman trying to make a name for herself, Ann Nicole Smith was as mired in controversy in death as she was in life. On February 8, 2007, a friend discovered Smith dead in her Florida hotel room. Her friends administered CPR until paramedics arrived, but to no avail — Smith was pronounced dead upon arrival. Her death was ruled a drug overdose, and it was determined that eight of the 11 drugs in her system were actually prescribed to her lawyer and sort-of boyfriend Howard K. Stern. Illuminati theorists suggest Stern sacrificed Smith as part of an Illuminati ritual.
