Tori Spelling‘s marriage drama has been playing out on her Lifetime reality show, but how much of it is done just for the cameras?
Tori Spelling has had a rough year. She has endured rumor upon rumor about her marriage following cheating allegations against her husband, Dean McDermott, and she revealed their marriage disintegrated because he felt she couldn’t fulfill his needs. But after the star was hospitalized over the weekend, it looked like that stress had brought her to another level. But was that hospitalization for real, or was it all to promote her reality show?

According to the Daily Mail, Spelling’s hospitalization was due to an ulcer and migraines, but it looks like a camera crew was there with her the entire time.
“She’s very stressed right now,” a source told Us Weekly, but added that Lifetime was allowed to film anything going on in the actress’s life.
Her husband had been in rehab earlier this year, making some wonder if he was struggling with a sex addiction. However, he was by her side during the entire hospital stay, and was also seen near their house after she returned home.
“Dean would arrive by 10 a.m. and didn’t leave until 8 p.m. most nights. He seemed very stressed out and worried,” another source reportedly told E! News. “He would bring food and often only left Tori to go outside to catch some air or make a phone call.”

McDermott has admitted to cheating on Spelling with a 28-year-old, but given that woman hasn’t come forward, some are wondering if she even exists or if it was another ploy for ratings. It seems a little low for anyone, and Spelling’s weight loss and obvious stress seem to show that her marriage is in serious trouble. Although, she may prefer if the whole thing were actually made up for TV.
