Jennifer Lawrence doesn’t like paparazzi, and new photos of her with a supposed engagement ring may have set her off.
Engagement rumors don’t exactly follow Jennifer Lawrence around like they do other A-list stars. Despite her huge success, it’s easy to forget JLaw is barely 23 years old, so many don’t imagine she will be getting married anytime soon. But the star has had a pretty serious on-again, off-again relationship with actor, Nicholas Hoult, for years, and it looks like the time may have come.

Lawrence was seen out last week sporting a ring on that finger. But after rumors ensued, it looks like Lawrence set out to set the story straight. In a few instances over the last week, she was photographed giving the bird to paparazzi following her around — both times with no ring on her left ring finger.
JLaw and Hoult were out in London with designer, Tom Ford, when she flipped off the photographers waiting outside the restaurant, and the giant blue ring she was wearing the week before was conspicuously missing.
The young actress seems to be fed up with the press, especially after another rumor surrounding her and her X-Men costar/boyfriend. Last week, the Sun reported they had bought a house together in London, but another source said that couldn’t be further from the truth.

It seems that JLaw has done a very good job of keeping things private, and no one knows anything — it’s possible they are making things up to keep her in the headlines. But if you are missing your share of Lawrence and Hoult, you can see them together very soon. Their film, X-Men: Days of Future Past, will be in theaters May 23.
