Justin Bieber’s foiled Central Park engagement plans

Justin Bieber posted an Instagram photo of himself posing in Central Park, lamenting a love lost.

Justin Bieber is already thinking about weddings and his future wife, and he has apparently started picking out marriage proposal venues. Or at least he was, until “things changed” in the love life of the troubled pop star.

The Biebs recently posted an Instagram photo of himself posing in Central Park, wearing what appears to be a hankie fashioned into a man-skirt. “Was gonna wait to go to Central Park for when I proposed to my future wife but s*** sometimes things change. I’ll think of something more romantic,” the “As Long As You Love Me” singer captioned the photo.

Though Bieber doesn’t say who he is talking about when he says “future wife,” it’s easy to speculate that he is referencing on-again off-again girlfriend Selena Gomez. The two singers are currently off. Despite being broken up from Gomez, Bieber has continued to obsess about his ex publicly on social media. Bieber even posted a picture of Gomez at the Vanity Fair Oscars party and captioned it “the most elegant princess in the world.” He has also admitted that Gomez is his musical muse and that the lyrics “life is worth living/so live another day” in his song “Life is Worth Living Again” are about his former flame.

Bieber has been all about embarrassing himself on social media for some time now, but he has refused to learn from previous snafus. Last week, the Canada native alienated many South Korean and Chinese fans when he posted a controversial photo of himself posing in front of a Japanese shrine with the caption “Thank you for your blessings.” The shrine commemorates people killed in war, including some convicted Japanese war criminals who were military leaders responsible for massacring thousands of people in China.

Bieber’s intentions seem romantic, but considering all of the trouble he’s been in lately, it might be a good idea to put marriage plans on hold and focus on himself.
