Now that music festival season is finally underway, we can’t seem to stop singing fashion praises. Which stars struck the right style note, at least in our book, though? Below, we reveal our absolute fave looks.
Kate Bosworth
Boho beauty Kate Bosworth has pretty much topped our best-dressed list ever since she started attending Coachella. And this year was certainly no exception. The chic starlet strutted her stuff in an adorable floral front cutout dress paired with black platform sandals, aviators and — get this — a choker. Anyone who can pull off a ’90s choker and make it look this good deserves a style award. Oh, what it would be like to play dress up in your closet, Kate.
Kendall Jenner
Not many people can pull off printed bell bottoms, but we guess when you’re a runway model it ain’t no thing, right? Kendall Jenner definitely kicked her style game up a notch for weekend two of Coachella, pairing her hippie-dippie Free People pants with a white peasant-style crop top and simple sandals. Layered necklaces and a little face bling finished her festival look off fabulously.
Emma Roberts
Emma Roberts proves that sometimes simple really is best. This year, the actress kept things casually cool at Coachella in a rad ribcage muscle tank tucked into a pair of high-waisted jean shorts. She accessorized with a basic black cross-body bag, Kate Spade Saturday Sneakers and on-trend, mirrored-lens sunnies, of course. What we love about this look is that Emma manages to stand out from the crowd without trying too hard, which is not an easy feat to accomplish.
Alessandra Ambrosio
Matching crop top sets are all the rage right now, and we must say, Alessandra Ambrosio wore hers really well at Coachella (the girl’s got legs for days). To jazz up her pretty printed outfit, she added some unexpected western-style touches in the form of tall brown cowboy boots, a red bandana, which she used to hold back her hair and a big ol’ western belt. We swear, on anyone else that jacket tied around her waist would look totally sloppy, but nope, not on her. Alessandra is just too stylish.
Diane Kruger
We dig a girl who goes against the grain, and believe it or not, that’s exactly what Diane Kruger did at this year’s Coachella. Notice how she’s not rocking any fringe or a floral crown or a bindi or any other tried-and-true music festival trend for that matter (okay, except for the crop top maybe)? She dressed to the beat of her own drum instead, sporting a black and white striped shirt with a flirty flared miniskirt, cute cross-body bag and light brown lace-up sandals. Her ensemble was sophisticated, yet chic and surprisingly unique.
