Lily Allen is feeling a little less “Sheezus” today and a little more “sneezus.” Documenting her journey through the sniffles straight on to vomiting Exorcist-style, the mom of two is keeping her Instagram fans very in the loop.

The trouble all started a couple of days ago, when the 29-year-old singer shared, “The travel [is] catching up with me”.
The following day Allen shared the image below, noting, “Prepping for @chattyman feeling a little bit #QUEAZUS and very #SNEEZUS green juice emergency”.
Although that green juice looks like it was delicious (at least on the way down), it wasn’t enough. Finagling a way to stick references to her “Sheezus” album title into everything, the mother of Ethel and Marnie wrote “#SHEEHYDRATING #poisoned” with the next photo.
Sadly, things only went downhill from there. Shortly after the water chugging session this pic popped up, captioned: “#SHEEzUS in #SHOSPITAL . I’m fine though guys, just need some fluids cause i can’t keep anything down.#dramz.”
Luckily, there’s plenty of love being sent Allen’s way by friends and fans alike. Thursday afternoon she shared, “Awwww , hospital flowers and a lovely picture in a frame from ma pal @msaimeephillips.”

It’s been a rough few weeks for pop star powerhouses in the health department. Miley Cyrus, whom Lily Allen has spoken about having admiration for previously, has also been hospitalized and was forced to cancel shows.
Thankfully, she was released and is on the mend. Here’s hoping Allen will soon be too!
