If you want to date Bella Thorne, then she’s going to make sure you’re a worthy candidate — she made her man wait six weeks before he could kiss her.

Disney star Bella Thorne has proven to the world that she really is a good girl. In fact, she even made her boyfriend Tristan Klier wait six weeks before he could kiss her.

So why did the 16-year-old star decide to make her man wait so long?

“Tristan was not a relationship guy before me. On our first date, he thought I was going to be just like the other girls he had met who would always give it up and kiss him right away… I waited six weeks — I had to make sure he was in it to win it,” Thorne revealed in an interview with Seventeen magazine (she’s also this month’s cover girl).

However, revealing that her boyfriend was a worthy candidate to date was not the only thing that was on the Shake It Up actress’ mind during her interview with the magazine. She also spoke about her Disney days of playing CeCe Jones alongside her co-star Zendaya, who played the role of Rocky Blue.

So how did the pair get on while filming the sitcom Shake It Up for three years?

“The truth is we are so different, there is no competition. And when people tried to compare us or turn us against each other, we’d just talk about it, and then everything was cool. We love each other,” Thorne confessed.

Thorne’s Disney days may be a thing of the past, but we suspect she still has a long career ahead of her. After all, she’s already starred opposite Hollywood heavyweight Drew Barrymore in Blended.

“Drew [Barrymore] is so positive and beautiful on the inside and out. On the set of Blended, she always had a smile and looked at the positive side of things. I learned from that, and I think other girls should, too,” Thorne gushed about her co-star.
