Justin Bieber is living it up in Cannes, and he might have his sights set on a Victoria’s Secret model.

The Biebs has been in Cannes partying the week away and partaking in the usual debauchery, and it seems he has taken a long enough break from the chaos to find his latest female target. Eyewitnesses have seen the singer getting close with model Barbara Palvin, and according to the Daily Mail, the beautiful Hungarian model was spotted intimately stroking Bieber’s face at a yacht party. Bieber also reportedly put his hand on the small of Palvin’s back and pulled her in to whisper something in her ear.
It is totally possible that Bieber is using the Victoria’s Secret model to make his ex, Selena Gomez, jealous. In March, rumors were flying that Gomez served as Bieber’s muse and that she was the inspiration behind the song “Life Is Worth Living Again.” Around the same time, the “As Long as You Love Me” singer seemed to reach stalker status and was constantly posting pictures of his on-again off-again girlfriend to social media.
However, Gomez also took major steps to separate herself from Bieber this week, so it’s equally possible that the world’s most infamous Canadian pop star is trying to move on himself. The actress erased all traces of her currently off-again bf from her social media accounts, and she even went so far as to block him from calling her phone.
Palvin herself is just out of a relationship, so it may be rebound city for her, too. As recently as January, Palvin was super-serious with One Direction’s Niall Horan. “Babs has already met loads of Niall’s friends and is really in with his London/Irish mates,” a source said at the time. Horan and Palvin had called it quits by February.
