She works hard for that body, and now Jillian Michaels is showing off exactly how incredible every inch of it is in a nude spread for Shape.
Jillian Michaels has raised the bar on 40 and fabulous. The Biggest Loser coach took it all off for Shape magazine, and the gorgeous nude pics reveal a body many women half her age would kill for.
Michaels explained that her fitness priorities have changed as she’s gotten older, and what used to be about looks is now about strength, overall health and being there for her family.
“It’s important for women to have overall strength, because when you feel physically powerful, it transcends into every facet of your life,” she told the mag.

“My best reason for having strong arms is because I love to pick up my kids… I love having a strong back. Metaphorically speaking, it means I can carry a lot of responsibility on my shoulders — and I do — for my family, friends and fans.”
That doesn’t mean turning 40 earlier this year was a piece of cake. “I won’t lie,” she said. “This birthday was hard. I thought, ‘Oh, my God, am I halfway through my life?’ But when I think back on my 20s and 30s, I look better now than I ever have.”
And like all women, she has her favorite body parts and those she struggles with.
“My abs are the best part of my body. I know I’m lucky because when I’m in decent shape overall they tend to get toned very quickly,” she explained. “We all store fat somewhere… I carry all my weight in my lower body. No matter how lean I get or how many squats or lunges I do, I always feel like my butt carries extra weight. But what I realized is that you can’t have it all.”

Of course, looking as incredible as she does in the stunning shots did not come without sacrifice, and when it was over she made sure to treat herself. After the April photo shoot she tweeted:
