What do Hillary Clinton & Kim K have in common?

You don’t expect to hear Kim Kardashian and Hillary Clinton in the same sentence, but Newt Gingrich has decided to compare these two women.

We wonder what former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has to say about being compared to reality TV star Kim Kardashian.

Apparently, these two women share some similarities, or so says former House Speaker Newt Gingrich.

“You have to understand the problem Bill has,” Gingrich said. “Bill is to politics what Fred Astaire is to dancing, he is just automatically amazing, and he wants to have Ginger Rogers out there dancing,” Gingrich said on CNN’s Crossfire on Tuesday in response to former President Clinton defending his wife’s “dead broke” comment.

Hillary Clinton previously told ABC’s Diane Sawyer that she and the former president were “dead broke” after they left the White House.

“We had no money when we got there, and we struggled to, you know, piece together the resources for mortgages, for houses, for Chelsea’s education. You know, it was not easy,” Hillary said.

“Instead [with Hillary Clinton], it’s a little bit like watching Kim Kardashian get kicked off the stage by Prince because she couldn’t dance,” Gingrich continued, referring to the Keeping Up With the Kardashian star, who was previously invited on stage by Prince at one of his gigs in Madison Square Garden in New York City, New York, in 2011. However, the singer soon kicked the reality TV star off his stage when she declined to dance.

Gingrich clearly doesn’t think much of Mrs. Clinton because he went on to compare her political skills with her ability to dance.

“I think there’s a big problem, because I don’t think, as a candidate, that [she] dances very well,” Gingrich added.
