Did Selena Gomez put Justin Bieber’s text message on blast?

Despite all the headlines surrounding the status of Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez‘s relationship, neither of the stars has come forward and confirmed whether they’re back on or not. But on Tuesday, July 8, the pint-sized entertainer might have just given us a hint by taking to Instagram to post a flirty text message that some are speculating is from the Biebster.

Just a few weeks back, the duo made headlines after being spotted together again. In footage obtained by TMZ, Gomez and Bieber were seen celebrating a friend’s birthday at Malibu’s Bootsy Bellows. It wasn’t the only time the duo was spotted, either. Just earlier that day, the on-and-off couple was photographed snuggling during a ride in a Can-Am Spyder three-wheeler.

This month might mark a retrospective period for Gomez as she turns 22 years old on July 22. According to a source close to E! News, Gomez is scheduled to throw a big celebratory bash and her bad boy is invited. “No one wants [Bieber] to go. All her friends want him out of the picture and just want her to have a relaxing birthday with no trouble and they think he’s going to dominate her attention,” the source told the outlet. “She’s hypnotized. Her friends just want her to enjoy herself for her birthday, but if Justin attends it might complicate matters.”
