Primetime Emmy nominations 2014
The Emmy nominations for this season have been announced, and if we may say, Mindy Kaling looked fabulous while doing it.
There were a few surprises at this year’s Emmy nominations, but overall, not much variety from nominations in the years past. Netflix’s Orange Is the New Black had a strong showing in acting nominations while fans are sure to be disappointed by the exclusion of NBC’s Hannibal and the BBC’s Orphan Black. As to be expected, the final season of Breaking Bad nabbed nominations in all major categories, and Matthew McConaughey may end up treating us all to another hilarious acceptance speech.
The 66th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards will air on Aug. 25 on NBC.
