Kim and Kanye are selling their dream home

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West might have bought their dream home in January 2013, but they are now flipping it to make a profit. It looks like Kris Jenner’s home will stay crowded for a while.

According to E! News, the couple decided that the whole renovation process was too exhausting. They purchased the Bel Air, California home for $11 million, but wanted to customize the space so they could live there with baby North West.

Kim Kardashian says women can have it all, but she’s wrong >>

A source told the entertainment site, “They are such perfectionists that staying up-to-date with the latest appliances and home systems, etc., has been exhausting for them. They want to sell very soon, but they might just finish the house enough to get it on the market without trying to make it their perfect home. They have no interest in becoming professional ‘flippers,’ but rather have found the entire process exhausting.”

The construction has taken much longer than they planned and living with Jenner has made life easier for the couple when it comes to spending time with family. However, they are ready for some private time.

The insider continued, “Another key motivation for selling and buying a completed new home is the fact that the renovation has taken way too long and they really want to have their own place and move out of Kris’ home.”

Kardashian was singing a different tune back in February when she told a fan on Twitter, “I truly didn’t think our house would take this long but now I love living here. It has everything I could ever need, and I love spending all of this time with my mom and sisters. I will be definitely ready to go when our house is finally done but going to miss it too. Nothing better than the whole family seeing our daughter daily!”

The home has 9,000 square feet and features five bedrooms with seven bathrooms.

There’s no word on when the house will go on the market, but expect a hefty price tag for such a customized home.
