JWoww and Roger welcome a baby girl

It’s time to throw up a celebratory fist-pump for Jenni “JWoww” Farley and Roger Mathews, who welcomed their daughter Meilani Alexandra Mathews on Sunday afternoon.

In a statement to MTV News, the reality starlet’s rep said: “Jenni and Roger are so excited to welcome the newest guidette Meilani Alexandra Mathews to the world weighing 7 lbs., 13 oz. Meilani and her parents are doing great and are happy and healthy. Meilani is already looking to trade her baby bottle for barbells.”

Farley and Mathew’s daughter arrived at 12:49 p.m., ending the star’s agonizing pregnancy, which she once referred to as “the worst thing ever.” MTV also rejoiced in the news of the inevitable star-to-be, telling the public that they were “fist pumping in celebration” of Meilani. “We’re so excited for the new parents and to welcome the newest member to the MTV family,” the statement concludes.

It’s been a long time coming for the Jersey Shore star and her fiancé. Back in January, JWoww gushed to Us Weekly about the gender of her firstborn and how she plans to be as close as possible to her mini-me. “I pictured a boy this whole time, so when I saw ‘girl’ on the paperwork, I was like, ‘No way!’ But deep down I think I knew,” she confessed. “She will be my best friend and daddy’s little girl.”

Earlier this week, JWoww took to Instagram to share an ultrasound photo of her little nugget, telling fans how excited she was to meet her daughter.
