Brooklyn Beckham nabs internship at Guy Richie’s office

Brooklyn Beckham, the son of David and Victoria Beckham, is growing up and he’s just scored a very exciting internship working at screenwriter, film director and producer Guy Ritchie’s London film office, SKA Films, for the summer.

The 15-year-old appears eager to try his hand at everything, having already made his modeling debut for Man About Town, where he appears on the front of the high-end biannual magazine sporting a bomber jacket and a quiff.

According to the Independent, the editor of the mag, Ben Reardon, was thrilled to feature the young star.

“We are thrilled to feature Brooklyn Beckham in a world exclusive on the cover of the Spring/Summer 2014 issue. We could not have wished for a stronger subject than Brooklyn to bring this story to life.” Reardon said.

The football enthusiast has even gotten a weekend job at a West London Starbucks, close to his parents’ home. This strong work ethic has been spurred on by Brooklyn’s famous parents, who want him to learn responsibility and ensure that he learns the value of money on his own.

“He has been trying out a number of jobs, including the Starbucks job,” a source revealed to Us Weekly. “It’s all part of him experiencing all walks of life and really working out what he wants to do. Victoria and David are keen for him to experience the things they did when they were his age — retail jobs, assistant jobs, working for free. They want to keep him grounded.”

While it’s an incredible experience to be able to work as an intern for Richie’s company, according to the mag, Brooklyn is not experiencing the internship experience the way that most young people would do. He is apparently being chauffeured to work in London’s Soho district in a Jaguar.
