If you’ve ever been envious of Victoria Beckham‘s wardrobe, there’s now an opportunity to own an item or two from her closet. The 40-year-old designer is selling 600 pieces from her inventory, with all of the proceeds going to charity.
Mark your calendars, because the sale will take place from Aug. 20-25 at Net-A-Porter’s outlet site, TheOutnet.com. The profits will go to the mothers2mothers charity, whose mission is to “train, employ, and empower Mentor Mothers, who are mothers living with HIV, to work alongside doctors and nurses in understaffed health centres as members of the healthcare team.”

The charitable organization was started by Dr. Mitch Besser, the husband of singer Annie Lennox. Other celebrities who have supported mothers2mothers in the past include Vogue‘s editor-in-chief, Anna Wintour, and designer Stella McCartney.
Victoria tweeted the exciting news on Monday with a photo that showed her with some of the Mentor Mothers.

When it came to editing her famous closet, the mother of four had some help from her mother and sister.
Victoria Beckham on her boobs: “I don’t have them anymore” >>
She told Grazia magazine, “My mum and my sister came over to mine and we sorted through the rails and packed up the boxes. My sister was so harsh. I’d be like, ‘Oooooh I can’t give this away,’ and she’d say, ‘Give me that. Put it in the box now… Harper is never going to want that!‘ To be honest there are some pieces I’m sure Harper would love — I think I’ve donated the very best pieces — but there are a lot of other people out there who will really enjoy them.”
In addition to the online sale, there will also be an auction of 10 of the former Spice Girl’s most iconic looks.
