After being called mean to a tabloid magazine by Tia Mowry, Charlize Theron is now trying to get the former child star banned from her SoulCycle class.
Mowry apparently told In Touch Weekly that when she approached Theron at their spin class and said hello, she responded with an eye roll and said “Oh my god,” the Daily Mail reported. So, when the Oscar-winner got wind of Mowry’s comments about her to the gossip publication, she got even angrier.

Now, reports claim that Theron is trying to get Mowry banned from the cycling studio.
“Charlize came in so pissed off after Tia went to the tabloids about her,” a SoulCycle insider supposedly told DishNation. “And she demanded we bar Tia from ever coming back.”
The eyewitness added that after the manager at the studio refused to cater to Theron’s demands, the South African actress said she’d take it to “the top to make it happen.”

A second source said that Theron could be heard yelling at the staff, saying, “This nobody who was famous for a minute 20 years ago can complain to the tabloids about me but I can’t expect you to protect me from hangers-on in your studio?”
After that exchange, Theron was told management would “deal” with the situation, although a decision on what to do about Mowry is yet to be made.

Mowry’s comments to In Touch revealed that she was just trying to be nice to the Monster star and she was not “over the top” with her greeting at all.
“I know how to approach another celebrity,” she explained. “Charlize was just mean. I’m just being honest.”
