Everyone knows LA traffic can be a pain, but Justin Bieber isn’t having it.

TMZ recently posted a video of the Biebs driving his new three-wheeled motorcycle over the curb onto a sidewalk, narrowly avoiding people on foot, including an elderly woman with a walker. After bypassing a busy intersection, he swerves back into traffic.
Even though it looks like the “Never Say Never” singer takes it pretty slow on the sidewalk, whoever shot the video is clearly shocked by Bieber’s brazen disregard for the law and can be heard saying “Oh my god!” over and over in the video. But Bieber himself doesn’t seem too worried when he’s rocking out to music at the next stoplight.
Beverly Hills Police Department told E! News that such reckless driving is in fact a “vehicle code violation, which is an infraction.”

“We highly encourage Mr. Bieber to stay off the sidewalk and remain in traffic,” a spokesperson for the department said. “This is incredibly unsafe. He’s putting other people’s safety in jeopardy.”
The Biebs should probably watch it. He’s still on probation from that time he egged his neighbor’s house, which means reckless driving could lead to a probation violation.
Bieber has been spending a lot of time out on the motorcycle, which is one of his newest toys. The $27,000 ride, similar to the one Miley Cyrus got from her parents for her 21st birthday, is a lot cheaper than what’s taking up the rest of the space in his garage, but Bieber doesn’t seem to mind. Hey, if we had one, we’d probably ride it a lot, too — but probably only on the road where it belongs.
